Questions
- How does the free trial work?
- You need a card to start a trial, but we don’t charge it until the trial ends. We email you 3 days before the end. Cancel before then from Billing and you pay nothing. Trials are for new subscribers, one per customer.
- Is VAT added?
- No. We’re not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price you see is the price you pay.
- How do seats work?
- One seat is one person. Choose how many seats you need when you subscribe, then invite colleagues from your team page. To add or remove seats later, email us. Seats added part-way through a billing period are charged for the rest of that period on your next bill; seats removed give you a credit on it instead.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time from Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops, and you won’t be charged again. If you subscribe as an individual rather than for work, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days; our terms explain it.
- Can I change plan?
- Yes. Email us and we’ll move you between Basic and Professional.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe emails you a receipt for each payment.
